Thank you for being a valued member of EarnCrypto, we managed to send out over 10,000+ payments since we launched in July of this year! We post our outgoing payments publicly so you can see what others are earning and how often we send.

Our goal has always been to get more people access to cryptocurrency and we feel we've made a lot of progress but have a lot more work to do. The site grown far beyond what we originally imagined, the site is 10x larger than even our wildest estimates for where we thought the site would be after 1-2 years.

Growing Pains
In the month of December we saw more new users/payments/tickets than all previous months combined. There is a large uptick in cryptocurrency interest across all crypto orientated sites, you can see this with all the largest exchanges in the US temporarily closing registrations and having long delays for verification.

While growth is good, we simply grew too fast to be able to process everything in a timely fashion. We apologize for not being able to meet your expectations and have put measures in place which are working to slow down growth while we catch up.

Here are a few answers to some of the more popular questions we've been receiving.

Why arent payments sent instantly?
Because we are a new site with exponential growth, our advertisers require us process payments manually so we are able to review user activity in order to catch the few bad actors. We have some users who use stolen credit cards to complete offers, users creating multiple accounts to complete the same offers, users using proxys/vpns to appear in countrys that have more ads, automated activity, and a lot more. Once our advertisrs are satisfied that we are being proactive enough to stop abuse & fraud, we should be able to send payments a lot faster if not instantly for users who have been earning/withdrawing.

Why are we not allowed more than 1 account?
Our advertisers pay real money to cover the costs of your cryptocurrency. They view more than 1 account at your location/connection as a duplicate account that has already been paid to view their ads, they will not pay us for any activity done on duplicate/alt accounts so we are unable to pay for these actions. This is why we have our Site Rules in place to prevent users from

I have not received a response on my support ticket.
We are prioritizing payments right now over support tickets. We will read/respond to any support tickets created that are linked to a pending payment, as tickets created for a specific payment will prevent the payment from being sent until staff read/respond to your ticket. As soon as we are caught back up we will make an effort to go through tickets and launch an improved support ticket system.

More Offers/Advertisers
EarnCrypto has received a lot of interest from new advertisers, survey panels, and more that are wanting us to integrate them onto the site which should open up additional ways to earn.

More Coins/Cryptocurrency
We can only add more coins if the coins are available on exchanges that we work with. We are expanding onto more exchanges and will focus on adding coins as long as they have low transaction costs so fees do not eat up your earnings.

New Years Resolution

Our News Years Resolution is to improve the site so that you have a better experience earning and redeeming cryptocurrency. We worked to send payments out throughout Christmas Day and will also be here sending payments out New Years Eve & New Years Day.
