Members Terms of Service
By signing up and actively using the Earncrypto.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Earncrypto.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Earncrypto.com or via the Earncrypto.com personal message inbox. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the Earncrypto.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Members

You must understand English. You must be at least 18 years old or at least 13 years old with parental consent. Requests may be made to verify your age.
You must not create and/or use multiple Accounts (i.e. only one Account is permitted per person);
You must not improperly use support channels or complaint buttons to make false or frivolous reports to the Company or to communicate with our customer support representatives in a disrespectful, belligerent or inappropriate manner;
You may be required to provide verification of identity prior to ANY payment or order upon our request. Accepted forms of identification include: a government-issued driver’s license or passport.
One account per person and household. Do not use VPNs, proxies, datacenter IPs, or anonymizers to access or complete offers. You may access from mobile or public networks; however, to reduce fraud, we may hold or deny credit/redemptions originating from high-risk signals pending verification. Use a modern, supported browser.
Edge and Chrome are recommended when using Earncrypto.com.
You may access Earncrypto.com from non-home computers or mobile devices and may complete offers or request redemptions; however, to mitigate fraud, we may hold or deny credit/redemptions originating from anonymized VPNs, datacenter IPs, or other high-risk signals, pending verification.
Your computer and connection must not be used by another individual whom has an existing account for the purposes of offer completion. Members are responsible for ensuring that offers are completed on their own connection only.
You may only sign up for offers in your own name, and only one person may use the account. The exception is married couples living in the same household, who may share an account. If you use a credit card for trials, the credit card must be in your name - No one else's!
All information provided by yourself during registration and offer completion must be your own and may not pertain to any other individual. False information including but not limited to: addresses, phone numbers and names will constitute an attempt to commit fraud and we reserve the right to suspend your account pending further investigation.
You are not allowed to use an internet voicemail/internet phone number on your account on Earncrypto.com.
You cannot repeat offers on Earncrypto.com that you completed on other sites. Likewise, offers may only be completed once on Earncrypto.com with the exception of the daily surveys, daily clicks and recurring tasks which may be completed once per 24 hour period.
You are not permitted to cancel offers once credit is received, nor are you permitted to encourage others to do so. You must fulfill all offer requirements to qualify for credit. Early cancellation or incorrect completion may result in credit reversal.
Cookies must be enabled by your browser in order to receive credit for offer completion. We require you to ensure they are not blocked.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Earncrypto.com account and you may not authorize another to use or otherwise access your account.
Fraudulent users are NOT welcome on Earncrypto.com. We rely on the honesty of all parties in order to remain an asset to all users. In order to ensure this honesty, to the best of our ability, we closely monitor our site for fraud and abuse.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Earncrypto.com be detected, it will result in account termination and possible legal action. Any and all earnings whether reversed by the advertisers or not will be revoked without warning and any pending orders canceled.
Anyone caught cheating and/or committing fraud in any capacity will be held in violation of these terms, thus no longer protected by them. We reserve the right to share your identity with others within the stipulations of data protection in an attempt to prevent further fraudulent activity.

If we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, Earncrypto may in its sole discretion issue you a warning regarding the violation prior to terminating or suspending any or all Accounts you have created (or which are associated with you) using our Services. However, you acknowledge and agree that Earncrypto need not provide you with any warning or notice before terminating or suspending your Account(s) and/or your access to the Earncrypto Sites and Features and our Services for any reason, at its sole and absolute discretion.

Relationship of the Parties
You and Earncrypto.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Earncrypto.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Earncrypto.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Earncrypto.com program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, e-mails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but is not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or off-line by any means or method is prohibited.
We do not guarantee that a user will receive credit for offers. We reserve the right to refuse credit for an offer for a number of reasons, including, but not limited to, fraud, system abuse and early termination. You are doing all offers on a voluntary basis with the understanding that no credit is guaranteed for the time you spend completing offers. Payment from offers will only be made after verification that offers completed have been validated and that the offer(s) has been paid upon by the advertiser. Earncrypto.com will never be deemed as owing payment to any member. There are occasional delays in receiving commissions from the advertisers and, by participating in the Earncrypto.com program, members understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made until Earncrypto.com has received such payment from its advertisers.

Spam
We do not believe in spam; Earncrypto may occasionally send you periodical e-mails containing information regarding site updates and maintenance. We only send these newsletters if you are subscribed as such and you can opt out from your account management page or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of the e-mails sent. You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. You may not promote your referral links on Earncrypto. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Earncrypto.com and may result in legal prosecution. Earncrypto.com strictly enforce anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime; Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the aforementioned incident. EarnCrypto.com may seek actual damages or reasonable liquidated damages for spam where permitted by law.

Fraud
Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member's account being deleted without notice and relinquishment of all monies in the account. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using false information to complete offers; using information that is not one's own to complete offers; using prepaid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers; completing the same offer multiple times; canceling offers and/or trials prior to receipt of product and/or service.
Multiple signups by any individual user shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Earncrypto.com reserve the right to file charges against an individual in attempt to recover any earnings received. We have a tough anti-cheat system in place making it extremely difficult to cheat, however if someone is caught cheating, or making attempts to do so, we reserve the right to suspend the user's account, resulting in forfeiture of all earnings.

Payment
All payments and order requests are revised and fulfilled within 5 business days pending account validation. In some cases payments and orders may require additional time to be processed. Before payment, accounts are audited for validation, to ensure both that no fraud has taken place and that the information provided by an individual is current and correct. We cannot make payment to any member with incomplete or inaccurate account information.
Earncrypto.com reserves the right to request proper identity verification for any and all accounts without stating a reason therefore. If such a request is made of a member and subsequently refused, Earncrypto.com reserves the right to withhold funds.
We cannot pay to incomplete or unverifiable profiles and may require the same verification again before future redemptions.
We may require identity or address re-verification before subsequent redemptions and may pause or delay redemptions during advertiser payment reviews, audits, compliance checks, or system maintenance.

Virtual Currency (Coins); No Cash Value

Earncrypto.com may credit your account with virtual loyalty Coins for completing activities. Coins are a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to redeem for eligible rewards as described on our site. Coins:

have no cash or monetary value, are not currency, and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash;
are not gift cards or stored value and do not give you any property right or vested interest;
may be corrected, adjusted, debited, or reversed by us in our sole discretion to reflect advertiser non-payment, cancellations, chargebacks, returns, or suspected abuse/fraud, and for clerical or systems errors; and
may be capped, limited, or modified, and the Coins program may be suspended or terminated at any time, in whole or in part, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

We may display an estimated Coin-to-reward equivalency for convenience only. Such estimates are not a promise of value and may change without notice. You are solely responsible for any taxes that may arise from earning or redeeming Coins and rewards.

Redemptions and Orders (Crypto, Digital, Physical)

All redemptions are subject to availability, limits, verification, and our review for fraud and compliance. We may substitute an item of equal or greater value or cancel and refund Coins for any reason.

Cryptocurrency: Crypto redemptions are processed to the wallet address you provide. Network fees, minimums, third-party limits, and blockchain conditions apply and are outside our control. Once submitted on-chain, transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for redemptions sent to an incorrect, incompatible, or compromised wallet/address that you provided.
Digital items/codes: Digital codes are delivered electronically to your account or email. Once delivered, they are non-returnable and not replaceable if lost, stolen, or misdirected.
Physical items: Physical goods are fulfilled to the shipping address you provide at the time of redemption and may be restricted to certain territories as shown on the redemption page.

Processing timeframes shown on-site are estimates only and are not guarantees. We may place holds or require additional identity or address verification at any time. We also reserve the right to pause or delay redemptions during audits, system maintenance, suspected abuse, or advertiser payment review. We do not custody user assets; redemptions are one-way transfers.

Shipping; Title and Risk of Loss

For physical items, you must ensure your shipping details are accurate and current. We are not liable for delayed delivery, carrier errors, customs, duties, or items lost or damaged in transit. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for any customs, import taxes, or duties, and for arranging any re-deliveries with the carrier.

Adjustments; Negative Balances; Setoff

If advertiser non-payment, chargebacks, cancellations, fraud checks, or errors cause reversals that exceed your Coin balance, you may incur a negative balance. We may set off negative amounts against future earnings or require repayment, and we may suspend redemptions until cleared.

Inactivity and Forfeiture

To keep the program fair and sustainable, accounts that become inactive may be closed and their Coin balances forfeited. To the extent permitted by law:

Inactivity definition: An account is deemed "Inactive" if, within any rolling 90-day period, there is no earning activity (e.g., completing offers, surveys, or tasks), no redemption/order activity, and no login to the account.
Forfeiture: Once an account becomes Inactive, we may, at or after the 90th day of inactivity, close the account and permanently forfeit all Coins and any unfulfilled or pending rewards associated with the account. Forfeited Coins and rewards are not reinstated or redeemable for any value.
Notice: We may, but are not required to, send a notice to the primary email address on file prior to forfeiture. It is your responsibility to keep your email up to date and to check site messages.
Reactivation: You may create a new account if eligible under these Terms; however, previously forfeited Coins or rewards will not be restored.

Nothing in this section limits our other rights to suspend, limit, or terminate accounts or to reverse, adjust, or withhold Coins in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or advertiser non-payment.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
Earncrypto.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to both this agreement and the Earncrypto.com program, even if Earncrypto.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The provisions of this section survive termination or expiration of the agreement.

Non-Liability
At no time will Earncrypto.com be liable for anything resulting from the use of a member's account. This includes, but is not limited to the following: suspension or termination of an account, dissemination of information concerning an account, legal proceedings initiated against a member, or any damages (actual or consequential) from lawsuits, losses, judgments, litigation costs, attorneys' fees, and any other consequences. Earncrypto.com is solely an intermediary between members and advertisers, and is neither ensuring nor endorsing products or services advertised on Earncrypto.com. Members are solely responsible for any and all consequences of decisions made with regard to any partners' websites.

Non-Responsibility
Earncrypto.com is not responsible for any user/member and, at its discretion, may terminate the service for any user/member at any time, without notice. Upon termination, Earncrypto.com has no further responsibility toward any user/member, whether past or present.

Termination
Termination of a member's account constitutes forfeiture of the privilege to create a new account. Only one account per household is allowed; if more than one account is created for the same household, this is considered fraud and both accounts will be deleted with all Coins forfeited. Members are required to use true and accurate account information when signing up and to keep their account information up-to-date at all times. If a member is found to have incomplete, inaccurate, or false account information, that account is subject to termination without notice. Members may cancel the use of Earncrypto.com at any time by using the Delete Account feature on Settings page. These terminated accounts shall lose any and all potential benefits associated with the site, including, but not limited to prizes requested.
Earncrypto.com will not offer or owe anything to users whose accounts have been terminated and/or suspended. Earncrypto.com reserves the right to terminate the account and withhold payment from any and all members who are deemed to have fraudulently completed offers, no matter how insignificant the degree of fraud.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EarnCrypto.com and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your User Content; or (d) fraud, misconduct, or violation of law.

Intellectual Property; User Content; Feedback

The Services and related content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of any text, images, or other materials you submit (“User Content”), but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and display such User Content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Services. If you provide ideas or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.

KYC/AML and Sanctions Compliance

We may screen users, verify identity, and restrict access to comply with law (including OFAC sanctions) and our risk policies. You represent that you are not on any government sanctions list, are not located in an embargoed country, and will not use the Services to violate sanctions or anti-money-laundering laws. We may deny or revoke access, or place holds on redemptions, to comply with law.

Electronic Communications Consent

You consent to receive notices, disclosures, and statements electronically (including by email, in-account messages, or on-site postings). You can withdraw consent by closing your account. Keep your email current; notices sent to the email on file are deemed delivered.

Changes to this agreement
Please note these terms will change from time to time. We expect most changes to be minor, but on occasion, there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post those changes on this page. Although we reserve the right to change this agreement without any prior notice, we will endeavour to send out a notice to all of our members regarding the new terms and/or terms which have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.

Privacy Policy
At Earncrypto.com, we strive to develop innovative services to better serve our users. We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. For more information, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy, which can be found at http://Earncrypto.com/privacy.php.

Provisional ERC20 Token Balance and Future $EARN Airdrop

From time to time, we may display a provisional ERC20 token balance in your account in connection with a prospective $EARN token airdrop or similar distribution program. Any such balance is informational only and does not represent an issued token, a promise to issue a token, or any present right, title, or interest in any asset. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

No guarantee; no expectation of value: We do not guarantee that any token will be created, issued, distributed, listed, or have any utility or economic value. Do not make decisions in reliance on a future token event.
Eligibility and compliance: Participation may be subject to eligibility criteria, geoblocking, KYC/AML and sanctions screening, and other compliance checks. We may exclude jurisdictions or users at our discretion to comply with law or risk policies.
Snapshots and distribution mechanics: Any snapshots, earning rules, multipliers, vesting, lockups, claim windows, and distribution mechanics may be changed, canceled, or delayed without notice. We may adjust provisional balances for fraud, abuse, systems errors, advertiser non-payment, and other factors.
Claiming: If a token claim process is offered, you must follow the instructions (including providing a compatible self-custody wallet) within the specified claim window. Unclaimed allocations after the window closes may be forfeited. We are not responsible for incompatible or compromised wallets or incorrect addresses that you provide.
Taxes: You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from any token distribution.
No advice: We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Any future token-related materials are for informational purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any prospective $EARN airdrop or token program at any time, in whole or in part.
