Everything you need to know about cashing out from EarnCrypto.

1. How Coins Convert to Crypto
EarnCrypto uses a single in-account currency called Coins. You earn Coins from offers, surveys, videos, tasks, referrals, and bonuses. When you withdraw, your Coins are converted into the cryptocurrency of your choice at the time the withdrawal is processed.

The base conversion rate is fixed:
1,000 Coins = $1.00 USD
The crypto amount you receive is calculated from this USD value using the live exchange rate at the time of payout, plus any active withdrawal bonus shown next to that coin on the Withdraw page.

2. Minimum Withdrawal Amounts
We keep minimums as low as possible while still being able to cover network fees on your behalf.

Some individual cryptocurrencies have a higher per-coin minimum that is set by the exchange or payment processor we route the payment through. The exact minimum for each coin is shown next to it on the Withdraw page.
3. Fees
EarnCrypto does not charge any fees for withdrawing your earnings — and we do not pass network or processor fees on to you either. 100% of the USD value of your Coins is delivered to your wallet.

• No EarnCrypto fee. We never take a cut of your payout.
• No network (gas / miner) fee. Every blockchain charges a small fee to confirm a transaction. EarnCrypto pays this fee on your behalf — it is not deducted from your payout.
• No processor / exchange fee. When a coin is delivered through an exchange or payment processor, any fee that provider charges is absorbed by EarnCrypto. Our minimum withdrawal amounts exist so that we can continue to cover these costs for you.

Withdrawal bonuses. Many coins on the Withdraw page show a green bonus badge (for example, +10%). When a bonus is active, the crypto amount delivered to you is increased by that percentage at no extra cost.
4. Processing Times

• Standard crypto payouts are processed and broadcast within 7 days of request, but in practice most go out the same day.
• Once the transaction is broadcast to the blockchain, the time until your wallet shows the funds depends on that network's confirmation time.
• You will receive an email confirmation each time a payout is sent, with a link to the on-chain transaction.

5. Email Confirmation Required
For your security, every withdrawal must be confirmed by clicking a unique link sent to the email address on your account. If you do not click the confirmation link, the payout will not be processed and your Coins will remain in your balance. Please make sure your email address in Settings is current and that [email protected] is whitelisted in your inbox.
6. Eligibility & Holds
A withdrawal request may be temporarily held for manual review when any of the following apply. This protects honest earners and keeps our advertisers paying full rates:

• The account is new and this is its first withdrawal.
• The payout address is unusual, recently changed, or shared by another account.
• Recent earnings show signals of VPN / proxy use, multi-accounting, or offer manipulation.
• An advertiser has issued a chargeback or reversal that needs to be reconciled.
• Account details on Settings are incomplete or unverified.

If your withdrawal is held, you will receive an email and an in-account notice explaining the next step. Most reviews complete within 72 hours.
7. Reversals & Reclaimed Earnings
Advertisers may reverse a credit if they later determine that an offer was completed fraudulently, with a VPN, by a duplicate account, or in violation of their own terms. When this happens, the reversed Coins are removed from your balance. If you have already withdrawn those Coins, the negative balance must be cleared from future earnings before another withdrawal can be processed. Persistent reversals or fraudulent activity may result in permanent account suspension as outlined in our Terms of Service and Site Rules.
8. You Are Responsible For Your Payout Address
Always double-check the wallet address and network before submitting a withdrawal. Crypto transactions are irreversible. EarnCrypto cannot recover funds sent to:

• An address you typed or pasted incorrectly.
• An exchange that does not support the coin or network you withdrew on.
• A wallet you no longer control.
• A smart contract that does not accept inbound transfers.

We strongly recommend sending a small test withdrawal to any new address the first time you use it. Never share your seed phrase or private key. EarnCrypto staff will never ask for it.
9. Missing or Disputed Payouts
If a withdrawal is marked as sent in your Withdraw history but has not arrived after a reasonable network confirmation period, please contact us at [email protected] and include:

• Your account username
• The date and amount of the withdrawal
• The receiving address you provided
• The transaction ID shown in your account (if any)

We aim to respond to every payout question within 24 hours.
10. Live Transparency
EarnCrypto has been rewarding learners since 2013. Every payout we send is published in real time:

• 59,638 total payouts have been processed and recorded on-chain.
• The most recent payout went out 2 days ago.
• See the live feed and search past payouts on the Payment Proof page.
• Real-time platform health is on the System Status / Uptime page.

11. Policy Changes
We may adjust minimums, supported coins, processors, or bonus rates at any time as exchange fees and network conditions change. Material changes will be posted on this page and announced in the dashboard. The version of this policy that applies to a given withdrawal is the version published at the time the withdrawal is requested.
