Why do Transaction/Miner Fees and Minimum to Withdraw change?
We do not set the tx/miner fee or the minimum to withdraw. These are set by the exchanges and payment processors we use.
Due to the fluctuation of prices in cryptocurrency, congestion of blockchain networks, and various other issues the payment processors and exchanges we use do have regular changes.
You can withdraw without a fee when you withdraw over a specific amount.
If you know of an exchange or payment processor with a lower fee, please let us know and we will look into switching to their platform.
