I never received my verification/confirmation email. Why not?
If you do not see the verification email when joining or the confirmation email when withdrawing in your inbox, first make sure you have spelled your email address correctly, and then check your spam filter. Additionally, you should add [email protected] to your trusted/safe sender's list to prevent any of our future emails from getting caught up in your spam filter.
Try the following:
-Make sure to Star/Favorite/Mark As Important any emails you receive from us.
-Add [email protected] to your address book
-If you still do not receive our emails, you may need to use a different email provider such as gmail.com
